How Do I Become a Member?

Becoming a member of the Mocksville Davie Home Builder's Association is easy! Just fill out the application, submit it, and send a check for your first years dues to the Association (see the application for more details). Your sponsor and the Association officers will take care of processing your application. If you do not have a sponsor, a key member will be assigned to support you in your first year.

What Do My Dues Pay For?

When you join our local association, you also become a member in the North Carolina Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. Your annual dues pay for membership in these three different organizations that lobby for the building industries interests.

In addition, your annual dues pay for your monthly meal and the annual Christmas Social for you and your guest.

Leadership

The MDHBA is governed by a 12 person Board of Directors that is elected by the membership each November.
